USIR UNISCOPE Emulator License Agreement
The USIR UNISCOPE EMULATOR DEVELOPER LICENSE
This license is granted by MGT Computer Solutions.
The USIR UNISCOPE Emulator is licensed to you as the end user. The USIR
UNISCOPE Emulator is not sold or
given away.
The USIR UNISCOPE Emulator contains trade secrets, copyrighted material, and other
proprietary information.
You may install or use this copy of the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator on only
one (1) computer at a time. You must pay a license fee for each additional
computer on which the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator is installed or used.
You may make no more than one (1) copy of the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator for backup purposes,
and any such copy, like the original, must be in your possession or under
your control, and used only with the single computer referenced in the
paragraph preceding.
You may not use this copy of the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator on a computer network except by only
one (1) attached computer at a time.
You may not make any modifications to the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, nor decompile,
disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator.
You may use compiled versions of the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator in works of your own, without
restriction, provided they are compiled.
You may not release, publish, or
otherwise divulge the source code of the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator .
You may not repackage or resell the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator, nor create derivative works based upon the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator.
You may not loan, rent, sub-license or otherwise transfer the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator, or
make the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator available for use by others, in any time-sharing, service
bureau, Internet, or other arrangement, except that you may permanently
transfer the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator to another user if you transfer
USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, any
documentation and other materials related to the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, and all copies
thereof, to that other user, and the other user agrees to the terms and
conditions of this license and Agreement.
This license remains effective until terminated. You may terminate this
license at any time by destroying the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, any documentation and other
materials related to the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, and all copies thereof. This license will
terminate immediately without notice if you breach any provision of this
license or this Agreement. Upon termination you must destroy the USIR
UNISCOPE Emulator,
any documentation and other materials related to the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, and all
copies thereof.
The USIR UNISCOPE Emulator is not actively supported, and is provided as-is; MGT Computer
Solutions accepts no responsibility for the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, its function, or for
any loss or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator. MGT
Computer Solutions also makes no claim regarding warrantability (expressed
or implied), merchantability, or applicability for the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator.
The documentation provided with the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator is also provided as-is, under the
same conditions as described in the preceding paragraph for the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator.
MGT Computer Solutions will receive trouble reports for the USIR UNISCOPE
Emulator, but
makes no commitment to replying or acting on those trouble reports.
This license shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to principles
regarding conflicts of laws.
The paragraphs preceding constitute an Agreement which is the entire agreement
and understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement or
understanding regarding the USIR UNISCOPE Emulator, whether oral or written.
